As per partner feedbacks, they told us there was watch dial lossening problem for model 9969 tactile talking watch. We attach great importance to such feedback and make evaluation test on spot. Now solution is available and problem already fixed.
Please refer to below two pictures, left one is watch case before improvement, right one is watch case after improvement. We added fixing pole to watch case to fix problem.
